Why should our company consider adding Career Development as an Employee Benefit?

Human Capital Institute found that Developmental Opportunities rank as the number #1 requested Employee Benefit by all generations. Followed up by flexibility, advancement opportunities, and Better Benefits. Consider adding Career Development benefits that your employees are asking for!

We already have training programs, why do we need more training?

Career Development is critical to the success of your organization. While training in groups is important for messaging and setting the right direction, it doesn’t appeal to the individual needs of your emerging workforce.

Who pays for the Coaching for Employees?

We charge a small PPPM (Per Participant Per Month) fee as a part of your employee benefits package and allow the enterprise to fund an employer paid wallet for specific employees to receive coaching. Alternatively, we offer a voluntary benefits service that can be added to your employee benefits portfolio for all employees. The enterprise would pay for coaching for the employer paid wallet and employees would pay for coaching when a voluntary benefit is chosen.

What types of Career Coaching occurs?
